Real estate developer Anchor Land Holdings Inc. will be spending about four billion pesos on new condominium projects this year. During the second quarter, construction will begin for Tribeca Park Suites, an 18-storey, 900-unit mid-rise residential building in Paranaque. Tribeca Park Suites is made for the middle-income market and will be offering fully-furnished, one-bedroom units for around 2 million pesos each. The condo project will be completed during the third quarter of 2011.
Another project that Anchor Land will be launching this year is a 50-storey condominium building at Ongpin Street, Binondo. The residential building will be the tallest building in the area and will be offering fine urban living for the Chinese-Filipino community.
