Real estate developer Eton Properties Philippines Inc. just launched a unique residential development that’s never been seen in this country before. South Lake Village is a residential island development inspired by famous lakeside communities in the US, Canada, and Australia. Featuring eighteen one-hectare residential islands surrounded by a picturesque man-made lake, each island holds eight to twelve residential lots in a gorgeous, country club-style environment.
Buyers can choose to get any of the following:
island lot (800 - 1,200 square meters)
lakefront lot (600 - 800 square meters)
lake village lot (500 - 650 square meters)
the entire island, complete with naming rights (one hectare)
Nature is the focal point of the entire development. Although South Lake Village is designed to be the Makati of the south, it has a calm, resort-like atmosphere with a large open space, 11 kilometers of waterfront, and numerous parks. The location of the development allows for a gorgeous view of Mount Makiling, Laguna de Bay, and the manmade lakeside. Residents can go canoeing, sailing, go fishing, or build their own private dock attached to their property. Security was also taken into serious consideration when the development was being designed. Each island is connected to each other by land bridges and has guarded entrance and exits. The latest security equipment is also installed to give the residents a secure and safe environment.
