Gramercy Residences is not just your typical condo project. The 1,250 residential units at Gramercy will come in either flats or lofts. There are six options to choose from, starting with the studio unit (26 sqm at Php 3 million) to the three-bedroom unit (180 sqm at Php 20 million).
Gramercy is a Php 40 billion project of Century City Development Corp and will be located in Kalayaan Avenue, Makati. As of this month, 500 units have already been reserved by Filipinos and expatriates. The first 35 floors of the project will be completed by June 2011 while the rest of the building will be finished by 2012.
