Robinsons Home Develops Nationwide Projects

Real estate giant Robinsons Home is currently developing three projects in Cebu and Pampanga to establish a strong presence nationwide nationwide.
Blue Coast Residences at Mactan, Cebu is their first high-end condominium project in the island. Located near Cebu’s five star hotels and facing Magellan Bay, Blue Coast Residences has first-class amenities like a swimming pool, spa, infinity pool, multi-purpose halls and clubs.
Aspen Heights, the middle-cost development, is located in Consolacion, north of Cebu. Its hilltop location gives its residences a lovely view of manicured gardens and even the whole of Cebu.
Finally, the joint-venture Miranda Dos in Angeles City has a Spanish-Mediterranean theme and offers houses of a minimum of 147 square meters.
These three new housing developments are among the 30 nationwide projects (completed and developing) from Robinsons Land.
