Fort Bonifacio, Taguig is the most sought-after address in the Metro. Not only is Bonifacio Global City the best master-planned district in the Philippines; it is also expected to be the future business capital of the country and an icon for urban living. Following the overwhelming success of McKinley Park residences and Fifth Avenue Place, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is putting up a new high rise condominium development at Fort Bonifacio. The new mixed-use Fort Residences is yet another example of RLC’s innovative style and value-driven thrust. This 28-storey modern residential building offers the best of both worlds: flat units and loft units available in one, two, and three bedrooms.
The flat units are time-tested classics loved by balikbayans and Filipino retirees because of the freedom and convenience of a one-level home. The kitchen area, dining room, living room, and bedrooms are located on one level.
Families and young urban professionals love the loft units for their combination of functionality and space, as well as for the homey atmosphere, which reminds young people of the house they grew up in. The dining room, kitchen, and living room are located on the first floor while the master bedroom is on the second floor. Even senior residents can live comfortably in a loft unit as the two and three bedroom units have rooms on the first floor.
Besides the comfort and cosmopolitan style offered by the units, The Fort Residences also offers amenities befitting the good life. Swimming pools for children and adults, jogging paths, a gym, function rooms, and landscaped areas are just some of the amenities you can expect to enjoy.

Hi,
I am working for a Canada-based representative of the Philippine Retirement Authority. The goal is to encourage more “former Filipino” retirees in N. America to retire in the Phil. rather than just focusing on foreign nationals.
My question is, “Have you sold a condominium in the past years to “former filipino” retirees? If yes, would it be possible to be referred to them for an interview.
One of the most persuasive ways to encourage more “Former Filipino” retirees to take residence here is if the ones who have already lived here for the past years still believe that they made the best decision.
I am also open to your thoughts on what you would require from us (verification and etc.) to provide us with contact details of your past former filipino retiree clients (of course subject to their prior permission.)
Regards,
Celina M
