The Grove by Rockwell

Rockwell invites everyone to be a part of a growing community as they unveil a new development. The Grove is a sprawling, 5.4 residential area near Ortigas Avenue, across Tiendesitas that will form a gorgeous skyline across the city once built. To liven up the functional open spaces and to add warm cosmopolitan touches to the tower, Dallas-based architect Don Wilder and world-class landscape artist Karl Princic are creating secluded pocket gardens, winding trails, and landscapes that will give you the illusion of being far away from the city.

The six residential towers offer studio units (31 – 42 sqm), one bedroom units (65 – 68 sqm), two bedroom units (73 – 110 sqm), and three bedroom units (97 – 130 sqm). The Grove also has the much-desired Z-Loft units of Number One Rockwell and Garden Units. Other building amenities include tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools, roof gardens, bike trails and jogging paths, a library, game room, meditation gardens, soccer law, and outdoor cabanas.

The management of The Grove is giving out a 3% introductory discount for the next two weeks to valued clients. For more information, visit the Rockwell Land site at http://www.e-rockwell.com or call (632) 793-0088 or 1-877-OWN-ROCK.
