Property developer Vista Land expects to generate approximately Php 50 billion worth of sales from the launch of 40 projects in 2008. During the first quarter of the year, they will be launching their condominium project on Emerald Avenue in Ortigas Center, as a joint venture with Splash Corp. The C&P Homes subsidiary will also launch projects to reassert their presence in the affordable housing sector. Although most of their projects are located in Luzon, they will also be opening projects in Davao and Cebu to take advantage of the province’s growing market.
Vista Land is controlled by Senate President Manuel Villar and his family. They intend to increase their 2008 budget for capital expenses to Php 13 billion from Php 7.7 billion in 2007.
